My career has been spent inside organizations that are growing faster than their systems can keep up with, leading Operations, HR, and Technology teams through the moments where things stop working and something has to change. That friction is where I do my best work.
What I've learned is that the biggest risks in scaling businesses aren't usually technical, they're human. Who makes decisions, how authority is structured, how people are compensated relative to what they're asked to carry. I help founders and CEOs build the organizational infrastructure to grow without losing control of the culture or the business.
I'm based in Denver and focused on fractional executive engagements, strategic advisory work, and board service, particularly with companies navigating AI adoption and the people-side of rapid transformation.
