William Roy — Co-Founder & President
My career started in technology, but I was always more interested in how things work together than in any one tool. After building and selling a web development and digital marketing agency, I spent over half a decade working alongside Terri, helping professionals navigate career transitions while aligning technology, processes, and priorities so leadership could make decisions they trusted. That experience is what led us to start ReflectionPoint together.
I learned that most businesses don't stall from lack of talent. They stall when the plan, the people, and the daily work stop lining up.
At ReflectionPoint, I lead our work helping professionals and founders rethink what a better career looks like. Most of my time goes toward understanding what people are up against and presenting a path forward, whether that's through our tools, our advisory work, or just a conversation that changes how they see their next step.
When not working, I enjoy time with my family, supporting local nonprofits, and traveling together across the country whenever we get the chance.

Terri Wiksten — Co-Founder & Chief Growth Officer, Head of Clarity
I started in rock radio, moved into the Nashville label scene, and spent the next two decades leading teams, running programs north of $200M, and figuring out what actually makes people and organizations perform. The through line was always the same: I wanted to help people succeed.
That drive led me to support the scaling of a startup into a category leader, where I saw firsthand how the right clarity at the right moment changes everything — for individuals and for businesses.
When the opportunity came to partner with William and build something new, I didn't hesitate. ReflectionPoint is where all of that experience lands. We're building Career Intelligence Tools that pair AI precision with expert advisory to help any professional at a point of redirection — whether that's a career pivot, a leadership shift, or a business at an inflection point.
Outside of work, you'll find me kayaking, hiking, practicing yoga, or keeping up with my teenage girls.

Amy Roy — Co-Founder & Director of Client Engagement
I've always been drawn to the place where people and mission meet. Before joining ReflectionPoint, I spent time supporting career transitions, building targeted prospect lists, and analyzing the signals that tell you when a professional is ready for something different. That work gave me a real feel for what it looks like when someone is close to a turning point, even when they can't quite name it yet.
At ReflectionPoint, I work across both sides of the business, keeping things connected and moving. I help surface the right people, support early conversations, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks between first contact and a real engagement. My goal is simple: make sure the people we can help actually find us, and that when they do, the experience from day one feels worth their time.
Outside of work, you'll find me exploring the wildlife of wherever I've just landed or settled into a classic. Jane Eyre and The Count of Monte Cristo are at the top of the list.

Heather Corn — Director of Social Strategy
My path to marketing runs through operations, research, and freelance writing. I've always been drawn to the building part: people, teams, systems, audiences. And that, in one form or another, is still what gets me up in the morning.
At ReflectionPoint, the shared history runs deep. Many of us have worked together before, in more than one place and more than one role, and when Terri and William called, the answer was easy for everyone. Tanaja Perry, Director of Brand Strategy, is the other half of my creative brain, and the team around us here is genuinely remarkable. The work pairs AI precision with real human support, because our people deserve both.
I also homeschool four kids, drink too much coffee, tend a garden with its own growth agenda, and answer to a very fluffy dog whose hair is on everything, including this bio.
Tanaja Perry — Director of Brand Strategy
I believe that how something looks is part of what it says. I take a collaborative, creative approach to brand building: designing the visuals, managing the systems, and making sure every piece of content shows up consistently across every channel.
My background spans the full marketing mix, from paid social and email campaigns to platform strategy and visual design. I hold a Master of Science in Marketing from Western Governors University and have worked across tools including HubSpot, Canva, Meta Business, and LinkedIn.
At ReflectionPoint, I partner with Heather Corn to build the brand's marketing presence from the ground up, leading all creative design and making sure the work that gets made looks as good as the thinking behind it.
